Help with a false ban on Dead By Daylight.

Hello, I am writing this for any Dead By Daylight Developers or support members out there. On May 26th 2023 I received an error code on Dead By Daylight which told me that "I was disconnected from host". I would get this error code after finding a match and waiting for everyone to ready up, it usually took about 2- 10 seconds for me to get kicked. At first I thought my game was just bugged so I tried verifying my game files and reinstalling the game. The error remained. I left it for a few days, then I came back and the error was still there. Next what I did was go onto Behaviours Support Page and I asked there automated bot about the error code. I was told that I received a "Temporary Ban" . I decided it was best to just wait my ban out because of some previous disrespectful behaviour, which I thought had led me to my “Temporary Ban”. On June 6th 2023 the night before I left to go overseas I wanted to play Dead By Daylight before I left for 8 weeks, my friend offered to let me play on his account and I played about two matches of Dead By Daylight and logged off with no issue. On June 12th 2023 my friend that let me on his account messages me that he thinks he has been temporarily banned with the same error code. Again we say Temporary ban because the Dead By Daylight support bot told us we were temporarily banned. At first we didn't know why my friend was actually banned but he went ahead and sent Behaviour support an email about it. On June 30th he got a response that he was "Permanently banned". We were both very confused and we had no idea what was happening. During this I was on a holiday and unable to connect and play Dead By Daylight, my friend monitored both our accounts for the remainder of my holiday and it showed no sign of an unban. After this I arrived home and began to do research on it myself. This led me to multiple sources saying I was banned permanently and so we both contacted Dead By Daylight support again. We didn't receive a satisfactory answer, not even receiving the reason for our ban when requested and we continued to contact Dead By Daylight support for the past 8 months. Some support members offered to look into our bans but were swiftly intervened by another recurring staff member(can provide detail). During these 8 months we have tried possibly every solution and every way to play Dead By Daylight again, all of which lead us to failure. We speculate that the reason for our ban was due to my attempts at modding another game that was 5 years old and was for cosmetics only, EasyAntiCheat had detected the unrelated software and banned us off of Dead By Daylight which then further got looked into and our Hardware IP and our IPV4 was banned off of the game. With saying this, we are still unsure on what the actual reason was for. We are active donators and new competitive players starting our story, we assure any Dead By Daylight employee that no harm was meant in whatever we have done. We sincerely apologise if we broke any rules and would at least like to request a reason for our ban. As you can see from our 8 months of contacting your support we care for this game and have a reason to fight for an unban. This game was a joy to play while we could and I'm sure this was all a mistake. I plead with you to assist us in this process and would love to make us both happy.
