Survivors, there is a perk called Inner Strength...
I can't tell you how many times I have had someone on my team spam point at my locker or spam open it after going in while using the perk inner strength. I feel like I am the only person in the world who knows about this perk. I made it a part of my build a long time ago because I feel like it is one of the more powerful and beneficial survivor perks. The problem with this perk is that nobody seems to understand how it works. The other survivors just assume you're hiding for the hatch or just being lazy.
So I just wanted to remind everyone who plays survivor out there of this. If someone on your team is injured and you see them go into a locker, PLEASE wait at least 10 seconds before you instantly assume they're doing something else. The lack of communication capabilities in this game for solo players is beyond ridiculous at this point. We're over 7 years into this game and we still can't communicate vital information like this to our team.
Anyone else ever get screwed over by your team for using a perk they didn't know you had?

There's a few reasons to use lockers, I've learned during my time trying out survivor these pasts 5 or so months.
Inner strength and Built to Last are both extremely good reasons. BBQ and Chili is also a good reason if you mentally time the duration. I'm sure there's more than those too, combinations of Head On and Flashbang like I see in my killer matches too.
I guess some people assume the lockers are only used for those who try to greed hatch? Same people that think Urban Evasion is bad even though I've ran it against Skull Merchants and kept drones disabled constantly.

I’ve played with these types of players before and it’s exhausting
I usually use lockers to counter BBQ and some people actually forget thats counterplay to the perk apparently
