Where is ps4 support?

Really we NEED support to be able to report ppl!
It's really needed. There are lots of awful ppl exploiting the game.
Killer-Survivor-friendgroups farming others and getting them killed with bond.
Killers camping right at the beginning of the game killing the fun cause it's not only one game it's like 9 out of 10 games. Survivor sandbagging and farming others and so on.
Red ranks are crazy these days. If you want ppl to stick to the game you have to do s.th

    To be fair, I definitely feel like most ps4 killers camp as a reaction to nasty survivors and because the frame rate etc. is much more of a problem killer side. 

    If the frame rate etc was fixed I would like to think most killers wouldn’t feel pressured to protect whatever progress they made and would have a fairer chance dealing with rude and insulting survivors.

    You can report players at the end game screen by clicking on the icon beside their player score for the match.

    Right now there is no way to ban on console, but this is being worked and will hopefully be implemented shortly. Abusive chat messages etc you can report directly to Sony (or Microsoft if you are Xbox) and they will deal with them.

     It doesn't do anything. I even used the reporting sign twice (on end screen on the right and they answered that there is still no support that banns ppl).

    Yeah I know that much. Just it's not enough. Ppl with bad behavior and unfair gamestyle are aware of what they are doing. They wouldn't risk getting banned because of rude words. In fact those are the ones trying to get ppl via provoking within game and after (with things like
    'thanks for the 4k ;)' or 'Ez' and stuff like that) to be the ones reported for bad words.
    I really don't get why it's ok and non risky at all to behave like the biggest ****** with no worries about any punishment.
