Is it possible to make Chris a real survivor?

I noticed there are lots Chris main players they've got 100p for Leon (because Chirs is a legendary set linked to Leon S. Kennedy. )

We want more outfits for Chris. But does being a legendary set mean NO outfits? Sadly Chris is the main character showing up in most Resident Evil titles. As we know he's the character with the most appearances in Resident Evil. I guess BHVR made Chris a legendary set because they didn't expect the 2nd RE project.

I am very glad to see if Chris can be updated to a Survivor in the 3rd RE chapter if there could be.

    The Project W would release Chris as a survivor if they didn't waste Chris as legendary.
