The WIKI is not edited by the developers, it is created by the players. It is not updated unless someone writes in.

That badge is in fact on the wiki, if you use the search function and look for it.
It's the one you get for getting to the Epilogue node of the first tome level.

So...it was MrMori who asked the question about not finding it in the wiki, and it was probably not listed at the time he looked for it. I only wrote the reason for the fact that it was not listed.
If it was listed in the wiki after your search, I said tell MrMori about it.

The badges and banners are kinda meh. Also, I don't know why they're not attached to the outfit selection slots/tabs.
