Crash game

Hello, the game is crashing a lot lately.

I have already switched to several previous graphics drivers with which I used to play without problems but I have no solution, when the game closes also closes the discord, all other applications and browsers open without problems, but the discord closes along with the game, could be the discord?

Windows 10 pro

Ryzen 7 5700G

RTX 580

Update: I have also tried without discord and the same error occurs.


There are days when I play without problem and other days when I can hardly finish a game.

    I didn't have any problems before, it seems to be something related to directx.

    It's not uncommon for one app to take another out when it crashes. If this happens frequently while both DBD and Discord are open, try playing for as long as you can without Discord open. If no crashes, try being active in Discord for an extended period without DBD open and see if it crashes.

    As always make sure you have the latest versions of all apps, drivers, and Windows updates. If you're playing in Steam also do a file verification check in DBD to make sure no files are corrupted.

    You can also poke at the Windows DISM and SFC tools to verify no corrupted Windows files.
