game on ps5 is not saving character changes
Can anybody help me??? My game suddenly stopped saving the changes I make to the characters, it doesn't even save changes to clothes, advantages, amulets or complements...
I've already updated the ps5, the Internet is already wired, I've uninstalled and reinstalled the game several times, I even downloaded the ps4 version and this problem continues... can someone please help me?

Noticed this today as well. Also on PS5.
I can't offer much help other than file a bug report.

The last time.i had the issue of cosmetics, charms, and loadouts all being reset was when I updated the game on my Xbox and started it then is said "Ready to Start" even though it had several gigs left of the patch to download. Ever since then I've always let the update fully download before starting DBD, and I haven't had the issue again.
Hopefully that's the problem, assuming the PlayStations update the same way. If not then yeah big report etc.

I thought there was something going on. I played for a bit, then hubby jumped on Fortnite. I started the game up afterward to play some more and I had a different survivor waiting than the one I'd played with earlier lol found it a bit odd

Yeah it’s a thing apparently. I did a daily for hag. Closed out afterward and Billy was waiting on me when i loaded back up. I thought it was odd. I noticed it a couple more times.

Happening for me on ps5 also. Been like this for a long time now. Hopefully it will be fixed in next update as its very annoying. Both survivor and killer still have their xmas outfits and charms every time I start it up.

Happening to me too on PS5. Seems to be happening on and off because I've noticed it before. Currently have an escape as Bill daily I've been trying to complete for a few days (because escape, lol) and every time I load in and select him I have to reset his loadout.

It's been happening since Alan wake came out
But what's weird is after playing as only Leon for a bit it finally saved my Leon although it stopped saving again I found it a bit strange

I get this too. Anyone needing a temp solution to this, you can save your state by: -
- Return to main menu.
- Open the options menu.
- Changing a setting. I use the Beta tab and modify the FoV slider up 1 and back again.
- Then save and close.
You'll know its saved when you see the 3 red entity claws spiral in.

I've tried this workaround and it seems to do the trick. I forget to do it most of the time, though, so I hope the issue gets fixed for good soon.
