Teleport Survivors on Hook

During the last winter event BHVR has shown they have the capability/programming to stop tunneling/proxy camping altogether; teleporting survivors who are hooked to a different hook on the map. This would encourage killers to go after other survivors and encourage more interactive gameplay all around.

Does this seem like a fair mechanic to implement?

Fair, maybe. But there's really no way to not make it look really bizarre.

You could design a game around teleporting hooks, or no hooks at all, but it would be a different game and require a host of balance changes. I suspect the 'no hook' mode they proposed as one of the possible game variations is a more likely scenario.

Pyramid head is the only one who that, and even him can abuse this system

The hooked survivor got teleported away when the killer is 12 meters (I don't know the exact distance)

They do this to prevent the survivors who rushed there to unhook him, and causing him to be at the other end of the map, far from the others.

So if you make this, for everyone, first, pyramid head lost one of his basekit power (if it become normal for everyone) and two, you gonna get something worse than camping

Alternate proposal: Survivors get teleported to basement on hook. Monkey's Paw wish right there.

But seriously, handing over free unhooks to survivors is kind of lame and can even be abused if killers know the logic behind the teleport ala Pyramid Head. It wouldn't really do much to experienced killers unless the map is MASSIVE.

Why would you ever want that

Sure, but only if ruin becomes a non-hex perk and buffed to 150/200% regression and the teleportation disables when there are two gens left.

That is, essentially, a free unhook.

I don't think it should be implemented.
