I somehow got a regular dc without a bot included?!

I was playing blight, with kate in my shoulder bringing her to a hook. Then she disapeared from the power button but stayed as that I was carrying her in the survivor gui. I started the nvidia clipping program and I couldn't find her, but I knew she counted as dead because the hatch opened when meg was waiting to teabag me at the exit gates, while I still had kate "in my shoulder", then checked the endgame and she didn't count as dead or alive but had the old disconected button, why wasn't there a bot?

I can't adress a video because the file is to big, but here's a screenshot of the postgame state of kate:

DC penalty but no bot whatsover, not even her name replaced with "kate_denson_01" and the kill escape icon with the dc icon?
