Feels great to see Billy shine again, they really gave him his crown back. He is a killer you need to take seriously now.

    I love it. I have seen quite a few since the update and I'm having a blast. In overdrive he almost feels like a completely different killer because his play style and counterplay change.

    He is also insanely fun to play with a few new tricks you can do on him. Great rework overall, BHVR.

    Although his update confused/concerned me in terms of bHVRs balance decisions (essentially giving him insta-saw back, the very reason he was nerfed in the first place) I am happy to see him more. He’s always been one of my favorites to play as and against.

    If they nerf his Chainsaw Sprint CD including the addons, he is fine.

    Unfortunatly, as we all know from Blight, this wont happen before 2028.

    His base-kit cooldown is fine. It's basically the same as the engravings giving him bigger movement speed when cancelling the chainsaw, except tuned down. His chainsaw needs to be more forgiving in order to encourage players to actively use the chainsaw more.

    His cooldown add-ons should be reverted back to the PTB variant where the percentages are much higher but only affect successful chainsaw hits. Those add-ons were the ones I was excited for the most.
