What is the balancing reason for Skull Merchant Drones to turn back on after a disable?

Personally, this is the most frustrating aspect for me about current Skull Merchant, every other killer who has to do some form of setup actually has to worry about their traps/teleports getting disabled. But Skull Merchant? They'll simply turn back on after a little bit, which makes them as spammy as they are and removes worry for critical placement. Yes I was little upset.

If you are near you can just disable it again, and it isn't really efective since skullie can place drones without a speed penalty and remove them without the penalty too. I mean even if it was permanent it would literally not change a thing.
