P100 3k plus hr Hillbilly main, been playing Billy nonstop since the mid chapter.

You know, if I had it my way I would get rid of overdrive and just make doom engraving base speed and obviously adjust iri engraving accordingly to Death speed 😉. I miss Doom lopro because it was consistently good all the time and you never had to worry about micro managing speeds. If you were a good billy player and knew most curvatures overheat was non existent.

.Overdrive is just a crutch bittersweet mechanic for billy imo

.Curving at some loops seemed easier to do before but for the most part curving most loops feel easier now 👍 survivors now can crouch tech billy easier now though then before 👎.

.It’s very very very hard to curve a good survivor that loops well with base speed without iri engraving but then running iri engraving makes overdrive far more annoying to use compared to running Thompson’s mix, lopro which allows you to curve in overdrive more precisely.

I don’t know guys, Billy is more fun to play and overall feels better forsure…he’s more fun to play now and that’s what the people wanted.. We wanted Hillbilly to be more fun right?

    I have. He is great and stuff but I got overdrived (haha get it...) with him.

    I came back to play my usual roaster of killers but he is added there more offten than before. Great rework tho.

    Also as Survivor, even tho I like him and I am happy for him, I am bit bored of him allready.

    he feel better to use to the average player and undeniably stronger overall. With that being said I kinda dislike Overdrive personally. With all this speed it make navigating maps for long periods of time impossible. I love playing drift billy but the random speed boost from overdrive make it very difficult to steer for too long.

    same. I've only been playing billy. takes me back to those 2019 days when i used to play him a ton. the most fun killer to play currently.

    I'd still like a meme brown add-on to disable his Overdrive mechanic for more bloodpoints. The other buffs he got made him much smoother to play, and having the ability to play Classic Billy I think would be pretty cool.

    Outside of that, Overdrive is pretty unwieldy, even if you're experienced... so this'd also help reduce the difficulty of learning him, as a new player could play with regular Billy first, then step up to use Overdrive once they've gotten the basic idea.

    'Speed Limiter' add-on maybe?

    I’m glad people are enjoying him again. I always love getting a Billy in my survivor matches. Chases are so fun and intractable, especially against a really good player.
