Not sure where to put this.
So I quit the game for a while now (over a year) and was considering returning, I went into some of my killers and noticed that they have none of their add ons or offerings anymore and some of these killers are P3+. This is very obviously some kind of bug, my question is how do I fix it and has anyone else had this problem before?
-Edit: It also seems like this issue happened to some of my survivors as well.

It's a bit hard to tell what exactly has happened if we don't know the exact status of your characters before you dropped the game.
My guess would be that it's something to do with the prestige overhaul quite a while ago, but that wouldn't explain the loss of their entire add-on inventory.

If you're on Steam uninstalling & reinstalling then verifying the files may correct this. What platform?
