Holy they made Billy even better!
The new cooldown movement speed feels more fair towards the Survivors, but the biggest update is this little piece of text:
- Increased Initial Turn rate adjustment duration to 1 second (was 0.75 sec)
This is huge! Thanks to those additional 0.25 seconds you can actually do way more stuff around loops! It also helps during overdrive due to the increased movement speed! I love this change, huge W for BHVR.

My problem is i actually liked his new basekit and thought it could have worked. And most people were used to how billy was with the .75 curve window. I do agree its a buff and a nerf. Just i wish he'd settle for a bit. (And this just feels like a repeat of addons being problematic and them refusing to just rework them)

I am happy that they nerfed the Cooldown, even tho it was quite obvious that it should not be like this in the first place.
Not sure about the Buff he received. As someone who plays a lot of Billy, I welcome this Buff. But I think it makes him even harder for people who just pick him up. And he is already one of the hardest Killers in the game to learn.

I don't think they should've buffed his curving rate. Now he can curve a lot more earlier than before and its going to mess with peoples muscle memory. But everyone other change is perfect for billy.

As someone who played Billy 5 times during last ~4 years and godawful on him, this is really good change. I just started learn him and i'm all for learning killer as long as he rewards me back enough.
I believe these three addons should be reworked in something different (at least green and purple) and he will be literally perfect in all aspects.

Or just let them pause the overdrive meter/dissipation while he is carrying a survivor on top of its current function, that'd make it a lot better.

I think it still won't be worth running these addons with this change, Motor Oil is better anyway.

My dream add-on is to simply give speed limiter permanent overdrive in exchange for removing instadown.

I'll be honest, I'm not sure the increase of the turning time is actually healthy. I have already done some curves with it, that were really nasty and could have never worked before.
Honestly though, I'll be fine as long as they remove that awful noise to tell you the chainsaw is ready. It's so annoying hearing that sound every 10 seconds and it drives me crazy. If it is needed for survivors, then fine. Keep it for them. But the killer doesn't need it. They know when the chainsaw is ready to be used again.

Billy is never a killer l liked to play but he was okay to go against I guess... but now he feels pretty damn strong and in some loops you pretty much die.
