Accused of Cheating

I've been accused of cheating a few times and it's always funny when it happens. Last night I was playing perkless add-onless wraith and got accused of cheating after a 4k because I was "too fast" nvm that's what Wraith's power is and how that gives them better lunges. The survivors assured me I had to have been cheating because they "weren't that bad" and it's always funny to see egos get out in check.

Does anyone else have any funny moments of being accused of cheating? I'm part curious how common it is part wanna see outlandish the accusations can get lol.

    The most recent one I got was a GF accussing me of cheats because he couldnt read my aura.

    It was Off the Record.

    I play on console, so I've never seen whether someone accuses me of cheating or not, but I do have a couple funny stories of instances where people might have thought I was cheating.

    For a while I ran a build on Knight with Discordance, Merciless, and I think Tinkerer (don't remember the other perk). Basically, I'd wait for Tinkerer to proc, wait a bit, then guard snipe them. Got value out of Merciless almost every time. It was entertaining, and I'm sure some people thought I was cheating given how almost supernaturally accurate I was.

    Another was on Gas Heaven, where I was playing Xeno and used Lethal Pursuer. Instead of going into tunnels, I bolted over to the closest survivor, who was setting up a turret in shack. I ended up one-shotting him as he put the turret down because he was using No Mither. I was sure in that moment he thought I was cheating because I was right on him.

    Both times people probably saw my perks and figured it out, but both situations made me say to myself, "Man, they probably think I'm cheating!"

    I'll always remember my Pyramid Head game a year ago, running BBQ+Chili and finding the last survivor post-hook behind a rock.

    "Reported for wallhack" and then nothing else.

    Nobody expects the hook-based Pyramid Head.

    I got accused of speed hacking one time while playing as Myers with 3 stacks of PWYF

    This Myers was using Vanity Mirror and to him I was tracking him perfectly behind walls, and he could see this while using the add on.

    He was right, I was tracking him behind walls perfectly.. because I had Object of Obsession.

    Last one I got was a player that told me you couldn't curve on Billy without addons. I guess I'll continue to cheat, then. 😉

    recent one for me was in a lobby. idk why. apparently my prestige level was to high for them? (it was only p12)
