The Clown, and maybe Kate
A Clown TV show with shifts to a more cartoony art style when his victims are intoxicated (similar to his tome cutscene) would go pretty hard.

The Plague - Could give us some "300" vibes.
A plague movie would be pretty cool to watch because of her lore. Especially since she wanted to help her people but went to the entity without knowing it was bad and devoting herself to it. 😔

A Binding of Kin - The Twins
I'd love to see The Twins hosting Wheel of Fortune or something.

All-Kill - Ji-Woon (The Trickster) and Yun-Jin
Both Trickster and Ghostface would work best as their own shows that would be similar to tv series Dexter.
Only problem with a Ghostface tv series however is that alot of people would probably confuse it for something that's related to Scream just like people have with Scary Movie.

I think a film about the singularity could be great. His lore would be very easy to turn into a film, with him eliminating every human on Dvarka until only Gabriel remained.

a full show where every killer gets their own episode

All-Kill - Ji-Woon (The Trickster) and Yun-Jin
The Trickster! South Korean TV shows are my jam!

Hillbilly - Give us Hillbilly's complete origin story.
I could see a Horror-Drama where Hillbilly's Origin Story is very "Joker-esk": Mentally/Physically Handicaped man with a kind heart tries to be a good person while suffering from the abuse of his family and the neglect of society, slipping further into depression from the constant rejection and hatred meeting his every act of good-will. One day he snaps and goes into a violent spree, Finally experiencing a tragic kind of Happiness and Joy amist the carnage of becoming the Monster that the world treated him as, expected to be, and molded him into.
Also it would feature Gary Glitter's Rock & Roll Part II, Because of course it would.
Some funny lines I thought of while typing this:
"How about another CURVE Murray?"
"You Get What You F***ING DESERVE" *Revs Chainsaw*
