Is there a problem with this?

I tried to do deathslinger challenge of spearing 2 survivors that are healing or doing gen but every hit I get doesn't register.

I got fed up with the challenge and went to pick something else but it's a blank screen with a slow turning white circle.

Known problem?

    I did the tome challenge on release of site 2 and I had no issues with that while I know a friend of mine did this challenge a few days ago and since then there was no bug fix or something that could bug this challenge, iirc. I guess, the survivors just let go of the generator or stop healing right before you hit them with your speer.

    Do you get never a notification from the game when you do it like one out of two?
