Gen Kick Regression Perks

Now that we’ve had the anti 3 gen mechanics implemented to prevent long stalled 3 gen games do you still feel the nerfs to those perks are necessary?

I feel like even if those gen kick perks were reverted to their old strong state they would be fine now that they can no longer hold a game hostage with limited kicks. We essentially never see those perks anymore and I feel like honestly even if they were reverted to their old strong state we would still barely see them given the limited kicks now severely capping their strength.
