Legion Mechanics
I hear people saying they want him to get stunned and lose his frenzy if he misses an attack, I highly disagree.
Instead myself and a few others think he should instead lose a portion of the meter, especially considering that he can conserve his gauge at will.
I think this is a good first step in healthy balance for Legion and similar to Nurse would also keep the power in the killers hand, where their mistakes can cost them while still being truly powerful.
HOWEVER, one thing that needs to change indefinitely in my opinion is the chase mechanic. Currently a Legion can cheese the chase mechanic and follow them while still close by not registering as a chase which in turn adds to some frustration to the Survivor as they're not allowed a chance to stop and mend effectively. Or at least try to.
This also stems from the fact that some Legion players feel pressured to tunnel or follow them like that simply because their power doesn't seem very effective. If the deep Wound meter would decrease a bit faster while not in chase there would be less of a reason to follow them as the Survivor would be out of commission.
Ultimately though, the chase mechanic needs an overhaul or a tweak to accommodate this new Killer. It's what it boils down to.

I just honestly want for him to not have the reduced cooldown. Even that would be reasonable

Frankly legion loses too much meter as it is. Normal hits deplete meter immensely.
My big issue is legion has horrible stamina.0 -
