I’ve been using Gearhead more with lethal and it’s been doing wonders with Huntress, Singularity, and Unknown. I used to use Discordance a lot but since a lot of survivors I’ve been facing spread out more, Gearhead has been super useful. Ever since the basic attack requirement got nuked it’s been so fulfilling. It also eats through Distortion pretty quick from what I’ve seen.

Anyone else here a fellow Gearhead enthusiast?

    Gearhead is a pretty nice perk, even if it isn't the best. You get quite a lot of info from it. I should give it a go on Unknown, actually.

    If I was given the opportunity to buff it, I might make it apply on Great Healing skill checks as well. It doesn't exactly fit the theme of the perk entirely, but one can dream...

    It’s just on the verge of being something I’d consider. If it just affected all skill checks, not just gens, I’d be sold. Just not quite there for me, but very close. I wouldn’t call it bad or anything though, it’s alright.

    It's massively, massively underrated.

    I'd honestly go so far as to call it one of the better info perks available right now. It has pretty consistent uptime, it gives no tell to the survivors it's in use, it gives you information that will always be relevant, it lasts long enough that you pretty frequently catch people as they're leaving generators and running away, it chews through Distortion stacks...

    I've found it shines especially on stealth killers, or any build where you're using stealth in general, but honestly you can slap it on anyone and it'll do work.

    God I love Gearhead

    It's a blessing of a perk, far better than the Discordance wannabe that it used to be. It's my favorite perk to run for Unknown, especially in combination with its generator stealth perk.

    Another killer I love using Gearhead with is Pyramid Head with Dark Devotion. Hit a survivor, Gearhead shows survivor aura, survivor gets hit through wall while doing generator.

    Genuinely one of the better tracking perks in the game.

    I’ve been running it ever since survivors started running distortion because using GH and Lethal eats two tokens.
