guys am i stupid? how does the +X% bonus from the event work?

like kicking a gen in a bloodzone gives 100+25 bp so theres no 50% or 100% applied there.
but also, i just had a game with no bp offerings, had a 4k and a score of 30k yet i got like 42k bp or so. so i got some bonus from bloodzone stuff, but where are the apparently +100%? am i stupid? is my game/hud glitching?
