Can't walk through door or kill survivors

in Bug Reporting
  1. Played a game.
  2. Played as Skull Merchant.
  3. Chasing a survivor through building.
  4. Couldn't walk into building and pallet was not down. Also tried to slash a survivor several times and I couldn't. Game has been laggy all night and my internet is fine.
  5. Map was Macmillan Estate.
  6. I have clips of what happened but have no idea how to send them from my PS5 to you. If someone can tell me I will send them.

    You can upload PS5 video to youtube directly from the PS5 if you have the two linked, and from there you can use the YT link of the video.
