Freezing game

After the start of the event, game starts freezing every time when I picking up blood charge, end gen, doing charge on wesker or hit by tail on alien. My pc 2080s r3600, and I didnt have any lags or freeze before event. Can I fix it somehow or its trouble in my pc. I start using nvidia filters recently. I tried to switch of it, but I still have freezes

Wesker and alien usually lagg only first 3-4 charges/hits, and it seems to be ok further
