I have seen a cheater few weeks ago using it and on steam group about banners it said "Presumed reward for the upcoming Blood Moon 2024 event.", but I can't find it anywhere....

It looks really cool and I wouldn't want to miss it.

    So far, there is no known way to obtain it as it is not a reward in the current Blood Moon event.

    All we can do is wait!
