Can we please open Pandora's box of killer targeted perks?

The new decisive strike overwhelming targets low tier killers.

How about the DS stun is still 3 seconds, but killers can't use their power for ~5 seconds once out of the stun.

Also, adren no longer targeting Freddy is based. (I agree)

    I generally agree that 3 seconds were sufficient against quite a few of the killers, and that it was really only Nurse, Spirit and Blight who needed adjustments (such as stuns causing their abilities to have to recharge).

    I would sign off on your idea that it simply puts abilities on cooldown for some time (the cooldown time starting after the stun has played out).
