With the Twins rework, Victor's default movement speed might prove to be problematic
I'm in no words a Twins main, but I think I have played enough Twins to voice my opinion.
With the Twins rework, Victor will now be able to fully down a fully healed Survivor without latching onto them, one possible issue that might arrise is Victor backrevving people because they literally have almost no chances to run away from a 150% speed Killer, creating a very uninteractive gameplay where instead of doing cool pounces on Survivors from a distance, most Twins players will zoom to a Survivor and backrev them to not risk getting kicked.
If Victor was, lets say, 115% Killer, it would hurt the map preassure Twins have quite a bit, but it would allow Survivors to have way more counterplay against Victor, a thing they could do to remedy this could be a few buffs to Victor, like the ability to break walls and pallets and vaulting windows kinda like Chucky can, another thing they could do is to decrease the successful Pounce cooldown from 5 to 3 seconds. They could also make Victor harder to kick while he's idle. They could also buff Charlotte so she isn't just a bystander while Victor has all the fun.
But I might be wrong and his speed could prove to be a non issue, we will see in just a few days :)

I'm a Twins main and it seems these changes are going to make it both less fun to play and play against. If they nerf Viktor's speed it's going to feel like any other killer and ruin the unique playstyle.

Victor being able to break pallets and breakable walls is already a killer. that killer is called Demogorgon.

Stay near windows/pallets or just stick with team of two.
Survivors already have enough counterplay against victor, we don't need any other.
