Hello friends,

Have any of you ever had a cosmetic go missing from your inventory?

A cosmetic that I purchased for The Knight with Iridescent Shards disappeared from my account. I filled out a support ticket and got an email asking me to reply with which cosmetic.

It has been one week since I replied and have not heard back despite replying to the email a second time.

I don't want to be a pest to support but do you think I should fill out a new ticket? I'm just getting very nervous 😕
