Victor cooldown on miss: 3 seconds
Victor cooldown on hit: 3 seconds
Victor cooldown when crushed (while latched, idle, or holding a locker): 6 seconds
Victor cooldown when recalled (while latched or idle): 12 seconds
- Victor can latch on injure.
While latched, the latched Survivor suffers from Broken and Incapacitated.
While latched, Charlotte gains a 10% haste effect.
(This haste effect is lost when Victor is crushed, Charlotte recalls Victor, or Charlotte hits a Survivor)
While latched, Victor's shriek radius is reduced to 6 meters (from 12).
While latched, Charlotte can see Victor's aura.
While latched and 30 seconds have elapsed, Victor can be recalled by Charlotte
- Victor can search lockers.
- While searching a locker with a Survivor inside, Victor locks the locker.
While holding the locker, the Survivor must complete a 12 second interaction to force the locker open, which crushes Victor.
While holding the locker, Charlotte gains a 10% haste effect.
(This haste effect is lost when Victor is crushed, Charlotte recalls Victor, or Charlotte hits a Survivor)
- While Victor is unbound, idle, and a 30 second timer has elapsed, Victor can be recalled by Charlotte.
(Victor no longer auto-crushes when the 30 second timer elapses)
When Victor goes from idle to active, the timer is reset.
- Charlotte and Victor can switch near a hooked Survivor.
