My Game Closes Before a Match Start's

My issue is the game closes before the match's start. I play on an Xbox one X and loading in is fine, everything works perfectly except when the games I que in for both killer and survivor close my game. Step 1: I sign in, Step 2: Pick Survivor/Killer, Step 3: Load lobby, Step 4: Que for a match, Step 6: Load into a public match, Step 7: Ready up, Step 8: Start loading into the match, and on step 8 after the loading bar reaches 100% the screen goes black and closes the game.
