This just finally hit me about Freddy

If you're in the dream world, can you hide in a locker so Freddy can't see your aura? Can't believe it took until now for me to think of this, lol. Just curious if it actually works.

    But it's risky since you don't know if he can see you go in there. If he sees you and gets close enough that's pretty much a free hit or grab. And you have to leave eventually, in which case he may immediately see you again.

    Honestly, you’d be better off failing a skill check. Lockers, though decent, are risky to go into especially if you’re hurt because you sounds and breathing can be heard. If you fail a skill check, you wake up. You probably know that already.

    Yes but it would only work if you are in his heartbeat. If not there is a chance he will see you get into the locker. And a smart Freddy will probably think you jumped into a locker if you break chase and just disappear. Also unless you are in an SWF this won't help you to wake up, leading you to get caught when you come out anyway.

    It works. Just stay there and do not do anything while I take care of your friends.

    Freddy is just generally the most unfun killer to survive against. Not in an imbalanced way - just simply no ######### fun to play against regardless of how the match turns out.

    What several nerfs did Freddy receive? I don't know any, and I don't feel like the locker buff is a real nerf to Freddy either.

    What several nerfs did Freddy receive? I don't know any, and I don't feel like the locker buff is a real nerf to Freddy either.

    Well take the new engine for example, thats a huge nerf to freddy due to visibility issues in dreamworld.
    And ofc the locker buff is a nerf to freddy

    I've actually has some pretty funny moments with this. So I put someone to sleep and I find someone else I chase him and down him and I see the survivor I slept go into a locker, so I know the general direction he is in and I hook and go to that locker and boom someone is hiding there trying to be sneaky. So it's a nerf if you didnt actually see the survivor go into the locker but it's a buff since it gives you a free grab if you did see them hide. @Master also the new engine is a lot better for Freddy. I like it a lot more than what it used to look like and it actually let's me see in most maps now

    Just because a survivor is too bad to use it properly, that doesnt mean freddy benefits from it.
