Weirdest Legion match I've ever played

So I just had a match as Legion and I just recently got to p3 so I only had 3 perks. But I'm at rank 1 and every survivor I hit with DW went down without me even cheesing the chase. They just went down as if they didnt know how to mend. I dont know if this is a bug or if they were just doing it on purpose. But they seemed to be playing normally and I'm honestly just not sure how that match went. I'd have to see it from the survivors side. My addons were cold dirt and the defaced smiley pin. Perks were bamboozle 2, doscordance 1 and overcharge 1. The map was the grim pantry. Once of the survivors that I hit with DW disconnected when i hit her with my power. Maybe they didnt have the option to mend so they just went down completly always. I kinda felt bad and i wanted to give the last one the hatch but I couldnt find it and I didn't want to waste more time since it was a fairly long match. But I'd like to know if theres a bug that prevents survivors from mending because my gut is kind of telling me that something like that happened.

    Pretty sure they were either noobs who have not faced Legion before or they were unsure as to where you were and thought you were chasing them and forgot to Mend. I wasn't there but they were probably noobs.

    They were legit all rank 2-1. I have the thing on video if anyone would like to see it. Maybe they were players coming back to the game and just have t faced legion until they went against me but I find that highly unlikely due to their rank. They seemed to be a swf too

    A friend of mine was playing against a Legion and the option to mend never came up for her. Maybe they had that same glitch.
