How can I find out if I've been banned?
I was able to enter the game this morning, but when I tried to enter at night, I kept getting the error that it could not connect to the servers and I thought I was banned.

If you are banned you will get a message that you are banned when you try to launch the game. This will display the reason you are banned and how long you are banned (if it is not a permanent ban, then there wont be any time when you can play again).
So a message that you cannot connect to the Server can mean that your internet is down, your Steam (if you are on Steam) is down or that the game itself is down.

I think you mean the Player-ID. You can display it when launching the game, if I am correct. You use this if you want to contact Support. Usually you find it ingame (in Settings), but if you cannot make it into the game for whatever reason the message which pops up gives you the option to display your ID so that you can copy it in case you want to contact Support.

I mean, if you dont want to contact Support, you dont have to do anything with the ID. It will also not help you to log in if the problem is one of those I outlined before.
