Lag affecting Skill Checks since update.

Hello everyone!

Curious, is anyone else experiencing lag (preferrably with hitting skill checks) lately? Since April 14th (when I updated my Unreal Engine) I have exprerienced very bad lagging. It's so bad I miss A LOT of skill checks (when playing survivor) to the point I have to use 'Technician' perk. I have uninstalled and reinstalled both the game and UE. This seems to effect my DBD in Steam as well. I have had my pc sent off only to come back with no performance issues and have checked my internet for latency (only to come back with no issues).

Does anyone has any suggestions as this is becoming annoying?

    I just downloaded mine last night and I am having such a hard time with the lag of the skills checks. I also had another issue, my TV would go black and the HDR symbol would appear on the upper right every few seconds. I figured out how to fix this by going into settings on my TV but the skill check lag is going to cause me to stop playing this game and start playing the Texas Chainsaw Massacre game….
