PS5: Nemesis Tentacle doesn't trigger Game Afoot

Description
When breaking pallets in chase with Nemesis tentacle, Game Afoot does not proc. (99% sure this worked before).
Steps
- Play killer as Nemesis.
- Add Game Afoot to loadout.
- Get your tier 2 whip.
- Find and chase the obsession.
- When the drop a pallet, break it with the tentacle whip. Game Afoot will not proc.
- Repeat by breaking the pallet normally to confirm GA is working normally.
