Anyone else not have the strangers things characters despite purchasing the chapter?

I've had the stranger things chapter since it's return sometime ago. But today I went to play some killer, and it says I have to buy the characters again despite having cosmetics for Steve and definitively playing the character, prestiging him, etc. I wanna know if anyone else is experiencing this rn.

    are you on Switch? Then it’s a know issue and being worked on!

    It’s advised to not buy the chapter again as you might not get it refunded once it’s resolved.

    You can open up a support ticket especially if not on Switch so support can directly look into your account

    same issue here as a Switch player!!

    I lost access to all my ST DLC content, including all the skins I brought. How annoying.
