Broken hitboxes from killer POV since update?

I don't know whether to drop this in bug reports or not, but hitboxes from the killer POV seem really off since the mid-chapter went live. I'm consistently bouncing off of survivors+walls on killers like Demo, Chucky, and Twins. Also, pallet stuns seem even worse than before. I'm getting stunned from a full meter away. Is there some desync going on or something? I feel like I'm losing my mind. Anyone else experiencing oddities like this?
