Stunning victor??

Is anyone else having issues stunning victor? I feel like I’ve been playing with a lot of twin’s lately with the new buff, but I’m struggling to get a stun with victor.. it seems like the pallets do nothing against him. Maybe it’s a bug or he is over powered. But I’ll post my game clip below, so you can see what I mean. But if y’all have any recommendations against him, let me know. Cause I’m gonna need all the help I can get.

BHVR already had this listed under "Known Issues" for the patch notes stating:
- "Victor can sometimes not be crushed by pallets."
