Plot twist bug?

so I was playing as ash and had yellow plot twist perk applied. I went down and fully recovered but when I got up I got no speed boost and I did not heal?

I did attempt plot twist before and got picked up and on my second attemp is when it failed, is this normal?

    We're you broken? Under the effect of Plague's power, no mither, etc?

    The Legion have an addon called the Legion Pin. After mending yourself you become broken for 60 seconds. That would explain why Plot Twist didn't heal you. There are also a few perks that apply the broken status effect. As long as we can't rule that out, this is the most likely cause.
