Why is RPD badge enabled when one of the maps is disabled?

I just had a match where I was sent to RPD and I thought it was a hacker or something cause I thought the offering was supposed to be disabled. There wasn't any evidence of hacking and I checked my inventory after the match and saw that the RPD badge was enabled. Why? Shouldn't a map offering for a disabled map be disabled as well? I know there are 2 wings but it still seems odd especially since it was disabled a day or so ago.

Also why is Hawkins not disabled if there are apparently bugs with that map as well?

    You answered the question. There are two sides to RPD and only one is bugged.

    Presumably the offering will guaranteed send you to the version that's not killswitched.

    As for Hawkins 🤷‍♂️ might be a contract thing or something with the license holder or the team decided not to killswitch it for… reasons? We really don't know. They decreased the chances for it getting picked but it's not disabled.
