Hell no, Blight is still a very strong killer even without the hug tech. Making him 110 will only make it harder for new players because they will have to use the power more precisely while veteran players will have no impact.

people realizing that blight never actually needed hug tech? He nerfed himself with it to have some clips. Now that his bump logic has advanced. Just deal with him as he was designed.

I really disagree with Blight needing to be 110%. That would be too much of a nerf. I think he is perfectly fine after the hug tech removal. He is strong, but has a fair amount of counterplay.

alternatively learn how to play against the blight and u wont need to ask for nerfs on top of nerfs

Making him 110 will only hurt new Blights though. As good Blights only really use power to traverse the map anyways.

Making him 110 doesn't change nearly as much as you might think it does.
