"EAC cannot be instantiated"
I keep getting the error "EAC cannot be instantiated" everytime i launch the game, it's very annoying and I don't understand why it's happening.
i'm playing on my Legion Go and have no other issues with steam games but DBD, I have googled about it and the only thing that seems to help is verifying the integrity of the files then launching the game but this is very inconvenient to do everytime i want to play the game.
i have also tried deleting the EAC folder and all that but it still happens once the game is closed again, everytime i relaunch the game whether it be the same day or the next day I get the EAC error again.
any suggestions?

Do other EAC games run on it? A Windows 11 handheld might fall into a grey area if the kernel is modified at all.

yes other games run fine, this is only happening on dbd
