Kill Switch update: We have temporarily Kill Switched the Forgotten Ruins Map due to an issue that causes players to become stuck in place. The Map will remain out of rotation until this is resolved.

A problem with daily rituals

I main killer (13 out of my last 15 games were with killers) and i only get survivor daily rituals, is getting out of hand, it haa happened plenty of times that i have 3 survivor rituals, reroll one, and get an extra survivor ritual.

It happened 3 times in a row, only now at day 4 i broke the chain and got a wraith ritual.

Shoudlnt the game give you rituals either on a balanced way, or ina way you should be comfortable playing them?

It either seems to be completely at random or even on purpose on characters or roles you are not going to use.

Also, probably not, but, is there a way to wipe out your daily rituals instead of rerolling one per day only?

Long ago when I played mostly survivor, I would mostly get killer rituals. I'm pretty sure the "random" is skewed specifically to make you play the role you play less.

pretty sure it's "confirmed" that the dailies try to get you to play a different role.

They want you to try playing a different role. What annoys me is that there's only a few killers I enjoy playing, and many I do not enjoy playing not least because I'm on a controller and so find some are too hard to play efficiently. So even though the game wants me to play more killer over survivor, fact is there's only a few that I'll willingly play for the miniscule bloodpoints on offer. IMO they should do two things - first, increase the bloodpoints reward to make it more appealing, and secondly, have 6 dailies. 3 for killer and 3 for survivor.

Yeah those rituals are intended to coax players into playing the opposite role more often, which is a good thing actually.

Playing both sides does make you better in both roles, and slightly more sympathetic about the annoyances & stresses players experience. Also getting out of the comfort zone some allows for growth opportunities.

Yup, only 5 percent of my dailies are survivor so I rarely do them. I do the ghostface and Myers ones cuz I enjoy playing those killers. The rest I just click by and wait for survivor ones

    This, so much this.

This is what i was starting to think year.

If it was truly random, they i was having extremely ######### luck.

Thing is. If my friends have then game and we could play 2-4 people at once with comms, im sure i will enjoy playing with friends, but im alone queuing solo. And for playing, i hands down prefer solo killer (duh) than solo survivor.

I dont even know how to do the emotes survivors do like pointing things or calling people with the hand.

I don't mind getting Killer or Survivor rituals, since I play both sides anyway. I just wish there was an option to choose not to recieve rituals for certain characters. No BHVR, I will not play a game as Hag, Spirit, Nurse, Doctor or Feng and there's nothing you can do to make me…

Unless you give us shards or rift ragments. Then maybe we can talk.

30k for a daily just isn't enough for me to go out of my way. Most of time they just get completed without me thinking about it as i naturally rotate through most of the killers. Survivor daily rituals rarely appear for me
