1. Face the darkness perk is really good on sadako because survivors can scream every 25 seconds and this is a great potential to sadako considering she can have good map pressure to know where survivors are across the map you can combine this perk with her red addon remote control because remote control shows which survivors are caring a tap and you can see there auras across from you as you teleport also combine the red addon with the green addon bloody finger nails it is a huge addition.
2. Tinkerer perk is a good on her and a lot of sadako players do not run it on her but you should because you get to 70 percent of gen progress and tinkerer goes off for a 16 seconds and you can run this perk with her green addon mothers comb which gives you the notification when a survivor grabs a tap or turns off a tv and the tv is highlighted in yellow which shows you which gen is being worked on.
3. Surveillance is such a good perk on her because as you kick a gen it highlights in white they the gen is regressing and it turns yellow if the gen is being interrupted which means a survivor is working on it also you can combine this perk with her green addon mothers comb because if they take a tape it highlights in yellow and you know for sure they are on the gen you have kicked along with the tape they have taken.
4. Unforseen is good on her because she has this annoying lullaby when manifested and you do not have to be manifested all the time especially if she is a stealth killer and sneaks up on survivors her terror radius is very common as a M1 killer and it is good for a 30 second undetectable perk. you can use this perk on indoor maps and maps that have big bushes where she cannot be seen or hear
5. Trail of torment is another good stealth perk on her you can combine it with tinkerer and unforseen because you can teleport a lot while using her purple addon VCR and it tricks survivors into thinking she teleported from a tv but while she is teleported she is demanifested and undetectable
6. Discordance is a must for her to use because it avoids gen rushing you can combine it with Surveillance and Tinkerer is the best match for it
7. Mindbreaker is good on indoor maps or maps that have dark features to it because survivors cannot see anything and they are exhausted it is a good combination with her green addon rickety pinwheel because it is an oblivious addon when a tv is powered
8. Midwich Elementary School Map is top notch with her because it makes her condemn a lot more powerful consider it is one of the best indoor map with her plus using stealth abilities like nowhere to hide darkness reveal Trail of Torment and Tinkerer is good 4 perks to use on midwich with her
