Fix collisions on Artists power in Elementary

Just played a match where a team continually abused 1 god pallet because no matter where you put your power it doesn't do a health state over the pallet or where the pallet is because it's counting tables as collision so it just swarms. Same is true if you try to do your power around the sides of the table and chase them to that side. It still just swarms.
