Does anybody know any great tips when it comes to playing Doctor? I recently found his playstyle fun but I'm super new to him. Anything helpful to know? Even to what perks you'd recommend useful?

I feel like BBQ and Chili is a must for every killer other than that all I can say is the Doctor is my favorite original killer and has some really fun add ons.

Possible perk, pick 4 of the following :
    Ruin (Strongly advised)
    Nurse's calling (Strongly Advised)
    Unnerving/Distressing/Overcharge (For 3 gen strategies)
    NOED (Always efficient overall)
Brutal Strength/Enduring (If you want stronger chases)

    About the general tips :
Use extended range add-ons, but not the best ones since they increase the charge time by a lot.
Try to find the sweet spot between range and effectiveness, and try to shock as people are about to drop the pallet, either if you want them to early drop the pallet to break it, or if you want them not to be able to drop due to the shock, so you can swap to punishment mode and hit them.

Don't start in treatment mode until you get in position, try to make the best of the first screams you get to find survivors out of position, away from pallets if possible to get the initial hit.
Don't shock too much during a chase, except if you get a survivor stuck behind a small wall where you can hit everytime to get him Madness 3.
Shock strategically afterwise, mostly to prevent pallet/vault plays. Keep training at doing it, and eventually, stay in punishment mode. Don't forget that shocking do prevent the bloodlust mecanic that can be very helpful in a chase.

Don't forget one of the main feature of doctor : you can grab survivors while in treatment mode if they try to unhook. Even if they feint, you'll grab, since it doesn't force a hit. Just tap m1 quickly.
