Nurse's add-on "Spasmodic Breath" timer resets when picking up a survivor

The add-on is supposed to change Nurse's movement speed to 4.6m/s and remove her ability to Blink for 60 seconds after a successful Blink Attack. However, when picking up a survivor, the Blinks start to recharge, and when dropping or hooking the survivor she's carrying, the 60 second timer resets itself.
This leaves her unable to use Blinks for much longer than intended.
