Trapper's add-on "Iridescent Stone" will not reset the second Bear Trap placed during the match

Steps to reproduce:

  1. Play as Trapper, equip the add-on Iridescent Stone
  2. In the match, place down two Bear Traps
  3. Have the second Bear Trap be disarmed. (For example with the Makeshift Wrap add-on)
  4. Pick up or reset the remaining Bear Traps on the ground
  5. Notice the second Bear Trap set after starting the match will never reset, even when it's the only one left unarmed

Platform: PC

Happens every time.
