Recently, the number of Korean players on Japanese (or Asian) servers has been increasing.
I've heard that this is due to the Korean server being down, but is it really down?
Also, matching on the Japanese server has become slower and rooms are more easily broken.
There are many instances where the server disconnects during the ritual.
Is behavior aware of this?
