Tome 3 Thorough Cleansing Bug

I completed the above the challenge on Tome 3. Got the ribbon to say it was complete but after the game it never unlocked. I have seen another user comment on this back in 2020 with the same thing.
This is already quite a hard challenge. So I don't want to just keep doing it hoping it might work one day. Has anyone been able to complete it recently or is it permanently bugged.
I only started playing DBD a few months backs and the Tomes have been keeping me going. Would be very frustrating to learn that Tome 3 can never be fully completed.
