Is there a bug on Yamaoka Estate?

I've just been playing The Doctor about 20 minutes ago, and when I spawned in the Yamaoka Estate, I noticed something quite odd, something unusual… I don't think I remember the Yamaoka Estate not having fog before? Why am I able to see across the entire map? And why is it so much easier to track Survivors? I don't know if anyone else notices this, but it is strange to see that Yamaoka Estate to have no fog. Could it be a potential bug on the map? Or is it a feature? I don't know guys, I'm just taking a guess here.

Whether this is a bug or not, this can be a HUGE advantage for most Killers, such as: Hillbilly, Blight, Oni, Legion, Wraith, Nurse, Myers, Ghostface, Sadako, Huntress, Artist, Knight, Deathslinger, Spirit, Singularity and The Unknown. Although this isn't game-breaking for players to go against, it does have many advantages and disadvantages for both roles. If this turns out to be a bug, it may need to be looked at, so that there isn't Killers with better advantages than others.
